This Saturday, August 9, Pam will be running the Viaduct Trail Ultra Marathon in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We created this blog to post some thoughts on the race, and to update friends and acquaintances on Pam's progress during the race.
The Viaduct Trail Ultra is a small race, only in its second year. Here's the official race website.
The race starts at 6:00am on Saturday. Check back for updates during and after the race.
